National Skill Development Corporation India

National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is an organization set up by the Government of India to facilitate the development and upgrading the skills of the growing Indian workforce through skill training programs. NSDC, a body under the Ministry of Finance, is one of its kind public-private partnership endeavors, with 51 percent equity held by private sector and 49 percent by the Union Government.

Skill India

Skill India is a campaign launched by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji on 15 July 2015 which aims to train over 40 crore (400 million) people in India in different skills by 2022. It includes various initiatives of the government like National Skill Development Mission, National Policy for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, 2015.

DPMI Siliguri is managed by The PMTS of India and functions under its able leadership and guidance. The organization is registered in Delhi under SR act XXI of 1860 in September 1996. The Institution is working for the promotion of Allied health care, hospitality & Media in the Country. This Institution is working towards creating a band of well-trained Paramedical, Hospitality & Media Professionals.
