How to Apply?

Fill up Admission Form

Admission Form can be obtained from Website ( or kindly call / WhatsApp on +91-7001812356 requesting for the Online Form or visit our centre DPMI Siliguri. The duly filled Application Form then needs to be submitted along with the following mandatory documents. (Documents can be temporarily be scanned and sent on the following email: Alternatively, Documents can be submitted to the institute.

  • 10th& 12thPassing Mark-sheet & Certificate (Photocopy)
  • Student’s Aadhar Card (Photocopy)
  • Parents / Guardians ID proof (Mother & father both) [any one from Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, Passport]
Complete list of Documents can be obtained from the Institute once Admission has confirmed basis verification of submitted Admission Form along with above-requested Documents.

Submitting Course Fee

After verification of the submitted Admission Form along with requested documents, interested applicants will be required to deposit the Admission fee at the centre or through online mode.

    Note: Please note that the number of seats in each course is limited and submitting Admission Form alone does not guarantee admission. The complete procedure (i.e. submission of the completed Admission Form at institute and payment of course fee need to be completed before the specified time limit.
